Our clients’ success is our success. Finding the most qualified and perfectly suited individuals for our clients’ executive assignments is our main objective. The search to locate and secure the right individual requires the execution of a precise, yet flexible strategy. To achieve this goal, we tailor the following process to every search assignment:

Assignment Specification
We learn as much about our clients as possible through meetings with senior executives and key decision-makers or HR specialist. By understanding their business and their organizational culture, Great Alliances creates comprehensive specifications that define the requirements for each specific search. This creates a detailed and customized profile of the candidate who will best fit the position.

Identifying the Candidate
We identify the most promising locations where targeted individuals will be found and source individuals who are outstanding in their field. Great Alliances use their own extensive database, industry and professional contacts which have been developed over a number of years. This gives us an advantage in any given regional or national market. When an international search is required, our local staffs will work out with our worldwide network to develop the best search strategy.

Conducting Interviews
When we identify a targeted candidate to be interviewed, we arrange to meet in confidence to determine their suitability and interest in the position. As we develop a short-list of actively interested and qualified candidates, each individual is interviewed in depth and evaluated by Great Alliances search professionals. Assessment reports are then prepared for our client on the candidates that most closely match the position's requirements.

Candidate Presentation
Finalist candidates are scheduled for interviews with our client's key decision-makers. We will assist our client to arrange interview and confirmation.  Afterwards, we will follow up and to discuss the results of the interviews.  

The Offer Stage
Once a lead candidate is identified, a detailed reference checks will be done upon clients request. Great Alliances can prepare the brief offer of employment on behalf of our client if necessary, we can negotiate the final employment and compensation package to ensure both candidates and clients are satisfied with the final agreement and offer.

Sign-off
Once the successful candidate has accepted the offer in writing, we personally contact the other candidates thanking them for their time and interest and informing them of the result.

Follow-up
Great Alliances’ practice is to follow-up with each successfully placed candidate during the first three months of their employment to ensure smooth transitioning into the role, and to make certain that both the candidate and the client are completely satisfied with the outcome.
