Senior HR Manager

Job Description
  1. To set-up and company process, guidelines and procedures to ensure aligned to current business needs and requirements; e.g. recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations.
  2. Ensure compliance with the applicable labour legislation in Cambodia;
  3. Oversee full spectrum of recruitment activities including induction and onboarding
  4. Oversee training needs analysis, organize and direct training strategy/plan
  5. Support the development and implementation of the training and development plans to deliver business objectives
  6. Manage the compensation cycle within the business and Implement any changes to rewards and policies
  7. Ensure the annul all target achievable in HR function;

Job Requirement
  • Degree in HR or any relevant fields
  1. At least 5 years of experience in HR in Cambodia or neighbor country ;
  2. Strong analytical and written and communication skills, able to interact effectively with people at all levels;
  3. Strong knowledge and experience in employment and labor law in Cambodia,neighbor country experience is preferred
  4. Well-developed organizational and administration skills with strong attention to detail
  5. Strong Knowledge in Best HR Practices
