Job Description

1. Build strong trusted relationship with senior and person in contact of clients with ultimate goal of growing long-term partnership.

2. Handle all client communication and act as a strategist amongst the account management team members for all aspects of campaign from strategic direction through production/execution and reporting.

3. Take client business, including marketing and brand objectives and translate them into a strategic direction where based strongly on genuine consumer insights, market trend and category evolution to provide relevant and compelling strategies.

4. Keep track and monitor the ongoing campaign and project work including, digital, media, creative, event/activation and production deliverables across multiple pieces of business disciplines.

5. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and strategically in tuned with client expectations, and their business direction.

6. Works with cross business units including Digital, Media, Creative, PR, activation, consulting and Research to ensure that Solidus is a customer driven and results-oriented agency.

7. Look for opportunities for business growth and innovation 

Job Requirement

1. Minimum 3-4 years of related experience.

2. Excellent written proposal and presentation skill.

3. Must have client leadership experience in contract-based client relationship

4. Must have some previous team management experience

5. Ability to lead and facilitate strategic thinking by understanding client business objectives and interpreting them in to strategic direction and execution.

6. Excellent oral and written English skills including experience in client presentations

7. Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.

8. Confidence in leading a team in a fast pace environment as well as working independently.

9. Must be a dedicated, reliable, flexible and confident problem-solver.

10. Attention to detail and follow-through to team members and clients

11. Proactive approach with positive, can-do attitude and ability to identify opportunities for growth/renewal of client business.

12. Handle many projects at once with equal attention to detail

13. Highly self-motivated person who is focused on achieving the goals given to him

14. Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over his task

15. Has positive attitude motivates others
