Head of Channel Sales

Job Description

Job Description: 

  • Develop and implement sales and distribution plan in line with both regional and national strategies.
  • Manage goals and KPIs for distributors, direct distribution, event-booth sales activities and seeding/sampling activities; partners and direct reports; and track ongoing results to ensure that objectives in terms of customers, revenue, sales growth, availability and visibility are achieved.
  • Establish close working relationship with all trade partners, namely distributor, dealer and partner, in order to gain company’s objective.
  • Manage the implementation of brand, trade and sales programs based on consumer and trade level.
  • Effectively and efficiently manage sales team and distributor team through coaching, motivation and staff development.
  • Explore and identifying on any business opportunities.
  • Acting as an ambassador and role model for Company‘s business.
  • Ensure regional Sales & Distribution team works in accordance to code of conduct and all corporate guidelines
  • Complete all other activities assigned by the supervisor as per management decision.


Job Requirement


-      Sales Incentive Plan: up to 2 months of base salary per quarter
