Sales & Maketing Executive

Job Description

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Interact with customers.
  • Organize and supervise marketing and promotional activities.
  • Plan and implement the annual calendar of activities
  • Relationship building with Customers Researching the market and related products and service providing  Presenting the product or service in a structured professional ways
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
  • Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to present the products and services 
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries from customers
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and team management 
  • Doing the products and service advertisement and promotions
  • Recording sales and order information and entering figures into a computer system
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Clear understanding of customers and businesses requirements
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with team

 Reqiurment

  • 2 years Experiences in Food & Beverage sale
  • Bachelor Degree, or related file
  • Fluent English and Chinese Languages (Speaking, Writing, Listening, and Reading) is preferred
  • Good Computer Skill
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work under pressure, and diversity
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and fluent presentation skill
  • Be honest, polite, and good attitude/ behavior
  • Ability to manage a heavy workload and at times priorities
  • Be able to go out to meet customers
  • Ability of planning and implement marketing strategies
