HR Officer

Job Description
  • Providing HR and Admin services for all staff such as, Recruitment, manpower planning, on-duty schedule, employee relations, policies formulation & implementation
  • Handling some Public Affair such as meeting with NSSF (National Social Security Fund)
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of the staff performance, discipline and appearance, Employment agreement ; also the learning and development
  • Analyze HR reports and work closely with accounting team
  • Supporting all the issue related to HR and Admin
  • Continuously developing and revising human resources policy and other regulations on a timely basis to ensure they are reflecting to need and compliance with Cambodian Labor Law
  • Developing annual staff capacity building plan by ensuring that each staff has proper job descriptions, job expectations, internal and external training, job sharing, first time orientation, quarterly coaching, mapping staff competency.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the salary, compensation, staff’s benefits by reviewing payroll and relevant reports and they are paid promptly.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Management

Job Requirement
  • Cambodian Male / Female
  • Age: 22 or above
  • Degree holder/4-year student in related fields you are willing to apply
  • Have good knowledge of computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet and email)
  • Honest, hard-working, reliable, with enthusiasm, good attitude, patience, team work and willing to learn more with minimum supervision
  • Flexible in time, working hours and work rotation assigned by Management in all Master Suki Soup and Master Grill Branches
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Good at English both speaking and writing
  • Must have minimum 1-year related experience in HR/Admin. in recognized companies
  • Fresh graduate can also apply
  • Able to travel when and where the work is assigned
