Brand Manager

Job Description
  • Develop brand strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
  • Develop brand communications material for internal and external targets (eg: corporate, brand, and staff videos or publications).
  • Formulate brand plan vision, brand annual plan including integrated communication plan to drive business growth with alignment to global/regional direction and fit with local preference for assigned brand
  • Manage brand to deliver sustainable profit and manage annual & monthly budget for assigned brands
  • Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified
  • Develop effective product positioning in the market & mid-term plan and financial analyses
  • Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products and corporate sponsor events, activation, implementation or promotional programs.
  • To manage all promotional printing materials and production for product promotion purpose & help in marketing campaign for any new product/service.

Job Requirement
  • Degree in Business Administration major of Marketing or any equivalent degree
  • University degree in design or related field
  • At least 3 years experiences in the field of marketing/branding with financial institution
  • Very good communication and marketing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Good knowledge of economics and financial topics
  • Strong design aesthetic and the ability to develop projects from concept to final delivery
  • Working knowledge of video & editing production
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Khmer
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to working in teams, coaching and mentoring other people
  • Experience in graphic design software (software package Adobe suit)
  • Experience in media booking and placements and taking ‘print quality’ photos
  • Willing to work under pressure, independently and be highly self-motivated
  • Being able to work creatively and initiatively
  • Willing to travel throughout the country as mission.
