Sales Supervisor

Job Description
  • Follow up a Daily Target plan by day/Week and month of each sales representative
  • Daily Checking with active and non-active outlets in each area assigned by GT Manager
  • Open new outlets at the least of one outlet per day (Focus on small/medium whole sales)
  • Keep positive for Sales Rep to handle 25-30 outlets for visit call per day
  • Keep positive for Sales Rep to handle 10-12 outlets for productive call for per day
  • Daily Sales Report to directed GT Manager
  • Ream Working with related department
  • Provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
  • Welcome and provide information to customer
  • Promote product to customer and put products available in outlets
  • Build good relationship with customer especially small and medium wholes sales
  • Identify opportunities for campaign that will lead to improve in sales
  • Competitor study and work as assigned by General Trades Manager.

Job Requirement
  • At least two years of experience in Sale Supervisor
  • Be smart, flexible, honestly and problem solving skill
  • Able to supervise sale staff and create new strategy for sale improving
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing or other related fields
  • English proficiency
  • Willing to Work under pressure
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent required
