Brand Manager

Job Description
  • Manage on overall business operation in order to penetrate the products into the market
  • Define the product strategy, planning, sale execution and tracking of direct mail and package insert campaigns
  • Providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise and sales strategy to enable them to sell the product
  • Preparing product forecasts, specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to existing customers and non-customers
  • Execute sales plan to target agricultural prospects and construction companies with a view to on-going relationships as a key supplier
  • Encourage open communication between team members, suggesting and driving forward ideas about how the team can work more effectively together
  • Monitor customer’s technical requirements and feed information back to technical manager
  • Achieve Sales KPI’s
  • Increase on the sale volume with commitment to customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by Making field trip to visit the potential prospects/ customers, following up the existing and potential customers as well as adopting best practices in customer handling and communication.
  • Ensure that all staff are committed to the principles and ethics of the business and that these principles form the cornerstone of customer relations management.

Job Requirement
  • Technical/Product knowledge is much more preferable
  • Fluent English communication and/or Chinese is more asset
  • Drive team to get good team spirit
