Assistant Head Chef

Job Description
  • Manage kitchen staffs operation (staff attendant, staff manning, staff day-off and staff rotation)
  • Control inventories spoiled and inventories transfer  for all stores
  • Control inventories order, market order and purchase order for each store   
  • Daily verify kitchen inventories utilization for each store
  • Daily verify sale comparison with ingredients order for each store
  • Daily receive inventories order list from all stores and make inventories transfer to all stores
  • Daily control on stores inventories utilization (meat, vegetable ingredient and ……)
  • All stores outreach to check and count inventories utensil and inventories ingredient at the end of the month
  • Sauces quality control  (Taste, feature and expire date) in the central kitchen
  • Food quality control in the central kitchen
  • Producing food ingredient and sauce ingredient for stock at the end of the month
  • Daily sum up foods sold from all stores 


Job Requirement
  • high school graduate or university degree in related field
  • At least 2-year working experience as a team leader in other restaurants or coffee shops
  • Good proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), especially Internet, E-mail, Facebook
  • Good English writing and communicating skills
  • Being flexible, hardworking, honest, reliable and committed, confident and outgoing;
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team and meet deadline under pressure
  • Like coffee
