Sales Manager

Job Description

 

 

 

  1. Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
  2. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
  3. Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisation’s presence throughout Cambodia.
  4. Assist in the development of the monthly, quarterly or yearly marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and sectors /based on productivity data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion programme plans.
  5. Ensure that all sales executives’ activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the Company’s Code of Conduct.
  6. Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organisation and control of sales managers and sales executives to accomplish specific objectives.
  7. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings, sales newsletters and electronic bulletins.
  8. Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual sales quota and commission targets.
  9. Personally observe the performance of all Sales Executives in the field on a regular basis.
  1. Provide high standards of ongoing training for all Sales Executives so that they possess sufficient information and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.

 

 

 


Job Requirement
  • College or University Graduate with a degree in Business Management, Marketing, I.T. or other related course
  • With at least 3+ years experiences selling I.T. and security products
  • With experience on Marketing and promotions
  • Male or Female, at least 24 yrs and above
  • With very good communication skills in both English and khmer
  • With very good presentation and product demonstration skills
  •  Create, innovative, efficient, energetic, good team work skills
  • With existing network of clients
  • With very good knowledge or background on I.T. products and services
