Human Resource Officer

Job Description
  • Provide support to all staff recruitment (operation side), such as drafting job announcements, advertising vacancies in local media, short listing candidates, arranging interviews, compiling interview summary records, conducting reference checks, etc.
  • Assist Senior Human Resource Officer to make manpower planning for CVs back up and also prepare succession planning to back up key positions.
  • Assist Senior Human Resource Officer to develop clear job description of all current positions and get approval from Human Resource Manager for filing.
  • Be responsible to check staff OT claim (operation side) and other allowance before submit to Senior Human Resource Officer for payroll calculation.
  • Assist Senior Human Resource Officer to follow up the annual performance review/appraisal and submit it on time.
  • Implement and strengthen company discipline and make sure that it is applied to all employees.
    Work closely with manager level at operation to find out staff problem and counseling as necessary to managers.
  • Ensure all HR forms will be provided and implemented effective by operation sides.
  • Assist to control and proper check finger print machine in case there is any error.
  • Assist to coordinate with Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training to get new update regarding to Notification, Prakas, Sub-degree and Degree.
  • Assist Senior Human Resource Officer to conduct exit interview and arrange clearance exit interview for operation side.
  • Assist Senior Human Resource Officer to conduct or select employee representative by voting method every 2 years.
  • Other tasks which will be assigned by Senior Human Resource Officer and Human Resource Manager.

Job Requirement
  • University degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
    at least 4 years of experience in related capacity, or gaming industry is highly
  • Experience in private sector is a MUST
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word & Powerpoint
  • Fluent and conversational English skill is required
  • Good knowledge of knowledge of local labor law and local practices
  • Highly experienced in employee relations/ solving problem
